These seasonal gems are only available for a short time. 
They have a wonderful garlic flavour, can be used in place of garlic until the bulb harvest in late August,
 - Sauté with butter
- make a pesto
- use on pizza, in pasta sauce or on a baguette
- for garlic bread
 
We grow our garlic without the use of any herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers.
