Traditionally made, low and slow 24 hour simmer to ensure that all vital nutrients are wholly retained. FODMAP friendly, as we do not use onion in our poultry broths.
- Filtered water
- Organic free-range ground chicken bone (carcass, back, neck, wings, feet)
- Organic veggies (carrots and celery)
- Organic apple cider vinegar
- Organic bay leaves
- Sea salt & Organic peppercorns
To prepare frozen broth, thaw and warm gently on the stove. Season to taste, as only trace amounts of sea salt is added to broth to accommodate varying health journeys. Broth will keep for 6 days in the fridge, or 1 year in the freezer.
